The Rights Issue of Vidullanka Ltd was fully subscribed and closed at 4.30 pm on the 26th May 2006. The issue that raised Rs 60 Mn was to fund the company’s second 2-MW Batatota Mini hydro project. The company wishes to thank the shareholders for the trust and confidence placed by them in the company. - 5 % Interim Dividend
