The third mini-hydro power plant, Sheen, is situated in Nuwera Eliya and was commissioned in mid-October 2008 with an installed capacity of 560Kw. Vidullanka is an investment partner and was the turnkey contractor with Elpitiya, a member of the Aitken Spence Group.
